Burger Lab

Few days ago I went to dolmen mall Tariq road. I decided to get myself a chicken from burger lab, because I have always been a fan of it. Little did I know, that this time I was not going to be pleased with the service . The cashier returned my the money, when I complained about the food and in no way had any respect or regard for me and my time.
Although I was really hangry, I decided to let it be and ate something else. But what was surprising was the fact that their manager, who was not present at that time later called me and apologised so many times. He even insisted me to come over for lunch, so that they can make up for their mistake.
I finally decided to get a delivery today and called the manager. Needless to say the manager HIMSELF came and he was extremely humble and down to earth. The taste of food and its quality was top notch and brilliant. What is even more surprising is that the manager himself came to deliver the food, because a lot of times that doesn’t happen.
I was very impressed by the courtesy and service of the manager. So here is a shoutout to the manager of burger lab (dolmen mall Tariq road branch).

I am regularl customer of Burger Lab and usually I like to Dine In, but this time we decided for Home Delivery. It was first time I ordered Doppler, (other than Doppler i have tried all their burgers).
Along with Doppler I ordered 2 Fire House and Animal Fries. Animal Fries were over salted in my previous experiences (twice) but this time everything was up to mark. I enjoyed every bite of it, and yes "The Doppler" was delicious too. Xhicken was perfectly cooked in both Fire House and The Doppler.
I received my order in 40 minutes, and it was worth waiting.

Today ordered burger labs famous QUADRA RELOADED (yeah right) through foodpanda and it was a worse decision, a total waste of money. FP service was fine no complaints but the burger was so horrible. Bun was so stale and petties are so smelly. Even after tried to eat it because no matter what it's food but it was so bitter like some toxic relationship (not experienced just saw in movies) because patties are totally burnt and also hairs (pictures) in box was just icing on cake. Burger Lab should have to suspend all of it's operations and should have to learn how to cook and stop wasting people's hard earned money and I request to members that learn from my mistake and don't order from Burger Lab again
